What To Expect
Being prepared for your first appointment helps Dr. Robison provide the best possible care, and it takes the guesswork out of the visit for you. Here is a clear picture of how your first appointment will flow.
Before You Arrive
Complete your Patient Information Form ahead of time and bring a list of any current medications, health conditions, or dental concerns. This gives Dr. Robison a head start on understanding your health picture before you even sit down. Taking a few minutes to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the team can also help put your mind at ease.
When You Arrive
When you walk in, you will be greeted by our friendly team members, who will escort you to our consultation room. This is a comfortable, private space designed to help you feel at ease. Before Dr. Robison comes in, a team member will take a series of photos of your smile using our advanced digital imaging tools. These images let you see exactly what Dr. Robison sees, so the two of you can have a real, informed conversation about your goals.
During Your Appointment
Dr. Robison will take time to learn about your overall health, not just your mouth. Research consistently shows that oral health and whole-body health are deeply connected. Conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and even sleep quality can affect your gums and teeth, and vice versa. This conversation is an important part of every first visit.
Using our advanced visualization software, Dr. Robison can show you what a healthy, restored smile could look like for you. Whether you are curious about dental implants, cosmetic upgrades, or just want to understand the difference between dental crowns or veneers, this is the time to ask. At the end of the day, the goal is simple: we want you to leave healthier and more informed than when you walked in.
After Your Visit
Before you leave, our team will walk you through any recommended next steps and work with you to schedule follow-up care. We will also help verify your insurance coverage and answer any questions about payment options so you leave feeling clear and confident.
